Description of the problem	The seatbelt in the middle row driver side has ripped/shredded three times in the three months that i have owned the car i have had a car seat installed in this seat but the rip is high up on the belt and no where near the car seat itself. The first time it happens the vehicle was in motion and i had one of my children strapped in and the belt tore in half while it was being used driving on a city street.
