Description of the problem	We started hearing a thunking noise while in motion coming from the left front wheel. We took it to the dealership where it was discovered the factory forgot or neglected to tighten the left front axle nut causing the axel to come loose. If this had happened at highway speeds, the dealer told us it could easily have caused a very serious accident. This is a serious problem that may affect other vehicles.
