Description of the problem | The cable on both automatic sliding doors have broken. The vehicle was parked both times. Both doors do not open automatically or manually now. This can cause a hazard in the event of an emergency where small children (or adults) are in the back seats. The only way in or out is through the front driver/passenger doors or the rear lift door. Both ways involve climbing over seats. |
