Description of the problem | The manual sliding doors (both sides) are extremely difficult to open. Children and adults are constantly having to pull with extreme force to open the doors from the inside and the outside. From the inside, passengers have to lean into the door while pulling back to open it. I have taken it to the dealer multiple times with the problem, however they simply spray the seals which does not fix the problem. I also called honda customer service and they basically told me i should have purchased an ex model with automatic doors. In the event of an accident, i suspect passengers will have much difficulty exiting the rear of this vehicle. |
