Description of the problem	The latch towards the front on the bottom of the (single seat on the third row) on the very far right side does not latch properly. The seat falls backwards when my 8 year old son sits on it. It doesn't matter if the vehicle is in motion or not. The seat goes in a back ward motion when someone is sitting in it with the pressure of their back leaning on it. I feel this could be dangerous and needs to have a recall.
