Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2011 honda odyssey. The contact stated the transmission shifted hard while slowing down under 30 mph. The contact could feel and hear the transmission down shifting, and the failure became progressively worse. The dealer test drove the vehicle and confirmed that the transmission was defective and that the computer caused the transmission to fail.
