Description of the problem	Electric parking brake on my 2016 honda civic sedan will not engage. I bought the car brand new from honda. There was a recall for this problem for over 350,000 models already but my car was not included. My electric parking brake stopped working in late 2017. I called honda civic already but they refused to fix it. I had one incident when i was in motion in the freeway; my car went from 65 mph to about 35-40 and skid and zig zagged; the car behind me almost hit me but was able to evade hitting me. After that i stopped using the brake altogether. Unable to use electric parking brake anymore as i am afraid the car will roll down when parked on hills.
