Description of the problem | My vehicle's backup camera software has failed again despite being "fixed" once already. The vehicle was recalled in 2018 to fix defective software that caused the backup camera to not function properly. The camera's collision sensor quit working and failed to warn me of objects in my path when i was backing up. Honda loaded new software, but the problem has persisted. I took it back to the dealer for another repair, but i got the same old song and dance... "gee, it's working fine for us, and we can't fix it if it ain't broke!" well it is broken, and honda won't fix it. This is a serious safety issue, and i hope the nhtsa can help me get it resolved. |
