Description of the problem | The vehicles dash has cracked in multiple locations. The first crack has occurred in the corner of the passenger side airbag introducing a potential structural and debris concern upon an airbag deflation. The second crack has occurred directly above the steering wheel from the defrost air vents all the way to the top of the dash panel. A third has arose just to the left of the second, again traveling from the vent to the top of the contours above the instrument panel. This is not only a matter of concern for safety, but not the level of quality one would expect from a vehicle with a sticker price north of $50k. There is no longer structure integrity within the dash and it now bounces embarrassingly with every bump in the road. Very unhappy with the quality of this defective dash. |
