Description of the problem | Gmc sierra was brought to dealer for existing recall regarding braking. Dealer indicated recall had been resolved. While backing the truck on 3 separate occasions since recall addressed, brakes become much less responsive with clicking sound. Brakes become hard to press and do not stop vehicle complete. This also happened while towing a boat down ramp. The vehicle has 28,000 miles and the issue did not occur prior to about a month ago. The most recent time was tonight while backing on level ground into garage. I have not had an accident as a result of this, but the recall was not adequately performed or did not address the issue. |
