Description of the problem	The brakes are not working at slow speeds. I was parking in a parking garage while pulling up to the concrete wall and pushing on the brake the truck almost didn't stop and the pedal got very stiff. While driving home in traffic the truck did the same thing and i almost hit the car in front of me. It seems to be at slower speeds and the brakes are losing all power. The truck is only 2 years old and normally stops on a dime. Took to the dealer today, and they said the vacuum pump is bad at only 39,000 miles.
