Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2011 gmc yukon xl. The contact noticed that the dashboard was cracked in front of the steering column. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the dashboard needed to be repaired. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 116,000. Updated 08/30/16*lj the consumer stated there was a triangular crack going through the dash.
