Description of the problem | The vehicle's climate control system does not function properly. The air is not properly distributed out of the available vents. At times, air is only distributed through the floorboard vents. Other times it will only be distributed via the defroster vents. Recently, the car windows became completely fogged up while driving on the interstate at night. I attempted to use the defroster, but all air was distributed to the floorboard, which had no impact on the windshield. I had zero visibility and had to pull off on the side of the road. Up until this incident, the problem had been restricted to a lack of comfort, but it has now become a safety risk. Gmc has been previously made aware of the problem and i was informed gmc engineers were aware of the problem but did not have a way to fix it. |
