Description of the problem	In motion during a thunderstorm, the wipers malfunctioned almost causing me to have a car accident on the freeway. This happened last year when i was pregnant and i had it repaired. Then it happened again a few days ago with my baby in the car, same situation during a thunderstorm. This is very dangerous and i am not the only one who has experienced this. You can hear the wiper motor running but something apparently has been disconnected preventing them from moving.
