Description of the problem	Head lights on low beam are set to the right and can not be modified or corrected by the dealer. During rainy/overcast nights it is impossible to see clearly to the front and to the left of the vehicle. At dusk, even though headlight indicator is on, it appears the headlights are off. On moonless nights, it is extremely difficult to see the road clearly. If a fix isn't provided someone will be killed.
