Description of the problem | Horn is extremely difficult to depress. So difficult in fact, that most of the time it is inoperable in needed situations. We have reached out to the dealership who informed us to contact gmc who then directed us back to the dealership who sent us back to gmc. After 6 months of no response we were finally told by gmc that the understand it is hard to press but there is nothing they are planning on doing about it at this time. I explained that this is a serious safety issue and we are uncomfortable driving the vehicle. |
