Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2004 ford taurus. The vehicle has 2007 goodyear assurance (na) tires. While driving 70 mph, the contact stated that one of the tires had tread separation and could not be balanced. Goodyear advised him to take the vehicle to the dealer; however, the contact stated that the dealer lied by stating that the wheel was the cause of the failure.
