Description of the problem	Driver's side window has a fun-house distortion in the glass. This makes looking out the window, including looking in the side-view mirror, difficult and affects the user's attention and incites nausea and dizziness. This is a 2nd replacement, as the first window was defective as well. Replacement is pending, as ford is dragging their feet on the 2nd defective glass.
