Description of the problem	The passenger side front window is developing several snowflake like defects in between the glass. These are three to four inches in diameter and impede the side vision of the vehicle. Ford is refusing to replace the glass. This is a safety hazard and needs to be investigated. The size grows an 1/8 inch a day and does not stop. The spot in the picture is nearly double in size now.
