Description of the problem | The check engine light comes on at the time of power lose on the highway traveling about 65 mpg. It only happens on the highway traveling at higher than 50 mpg. It doesn't happen on slower drives in the city. We be traveling on/or about 65mpg, than engine light comes on, then the engines feels like its looses power, power falls like your out of gas. We pull over, shutoff the engine , then start it up again. Check engine goes away for a while then comes back. We put it on the computer, and it brought up the code pin pointing the problem. Part #101104000997 needed to be replaced. I replaced it and the problem went away. Have you had any other mustangs that have the same problem? Or is there a recall for this problem? |
