Description of the problem | Takata recall - it has been nearly two years that we have been trying to get the airbag taken care of. The ford dealer says that it has not been able to get the parts needed to fix and ford's customer service recall line says that there is no anticipated date for the parts to be available. This is ridiculous - ford is not putting enough resources into this to have it taken care of and thereby leaves my family with a choice of having a vehicle that is not usable or in the alternative put ourselves in serious danger. The nhtsa should do something about this, |
