Description of the problem | Ford sent a letter (april 2018 - just over a week ago) indicating the airbag issue: nhtsa 16v-384 could now be repaired by their dealership (kings colonial ford - brunswick, ga). When i called to make an appointment, the service department indicated that they do not have the parts to do the repairs and they have no idea when they will have the parts. It is now 2 years down the road since the air bag issue surfaced and there is still no hope of repair. Folks: this is bordering on absurdity !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
