Description of the problem | Takata recall: i received notice of the recall and took action. However, the service department at bill pierre's ford stated that replacement parts have not been made available by the manufacturer. They did not know when the parts would be available. I am submitting this complaint as proof that i've followed up and taken reasonable action to fix the faulty and dangerous airbags in my 2011 ford ranger. I'm attaching a picture of the title to show the specific vehicle. |
