Description of the problem | I was told over 2 years ago that my takata air bag (passenger side) would be replaced by my nearest ford dealer at no charge to me. To this date they claim that they are unable to get the replacement parts after several attempts to contact them. I have a disabled husband that needs to ride in the passenger side of my 2011 ford ranger due to that is the only vehicle we own. He needs to attend doctors appointments and i am his only form of transportation to get to them. |
