Description of the problem | Takata recall = was informed to have passenger airbag replaced at dealership free of charge. When contacting dealership, they continue to tell me that replacement parts have not been made available and to call tk holdings. Tk holdings toll free number only gives instructions on how to file an electronic claim as a result of death or injury. Also contacted nhtsa toll free line and they too only provide info on filing a claim before deadline date of dec 27. No is able to repair my vehicle, nor tell any kind of timeframe as to when parts will be available for repair. This is quite stressful knowing any passengers in my vehicle is at risk, yet no one seems to be making any kind of attempt to assist me! |
