Description of the problem | It has been approximately 14 months since i first received the recall notice regarding my 2011 ford ranger regarding the danger associated with the takata air bags. Since that time i have called spikes ford on three separate occasions and ford motor company on one occasion and have still not received any definite date for correcting the issue with the air bags on my vehicle. I am very concerned regarding my safety and it seems that ford is not attempting to help in any manner. They consistently say that supplies are not available and that i must wait and check back. It would seem that after a year some effort would be made to help customers that have been loyal to the ford company. I am very dissatisfied with the overall response to this issue plus the attitude of the administration with ford company. |
