Description of the problem | Takata recall i have been waiting over 11 months since being informed that my vehicle has a defective airbag via a mailed notice from ford. The recall still indicates "remedy not available". How long am i supposed to wait to have what is being described as a fragmentation grenade in my dashboard replaced ? I don't believe ford is doing due diligence on this i've been worried about this issue for over 11 months, which i think is long enough. Is there anything i can do ? |
