Description of the problem | ""takata recall" we have been receiving the recall notice in the mail from nhtsa now for over two years. We have been calling our local ford dealership to get the truck scheduled for the recall and they keep telling us they do not have the part in. We were finally able to schedule an appointment on 06/08/18 at the dealership but when we showed up they said they made a mistake because they had some parts but they were all out. They told us they would schedule us as soon as they got the part in and that we were put us on a priority list. We still have not heard back from them!! Ford told us not to drive the truck because of the recall which we have not in two years!!!!! It's frustrating to have a truck that you cannot drive because we cannot get ford to fix the airbag issue. |
