Description of the problem | Military service member transferring to south korea. Parts to fix my recall are not available and not expected to arrive until 3rd quarter of this year. I will be transferring this month. The organization which ships vehicles will not ship vehicle with any existing recalls on it. Fords lack of support will now force me to sell my truck which i just bought and possibly loosing 6k as a result. I have presented the solution that i can drive to a location where the parts are available but ford is not cooperating. |
