Se, smyrna, ga 30080, (770) 436-1200), confirmed that parts were unavailable and did not know when they would arrive to schedule the recall repair appointment. The second dealer, nalley ford of sandy springs (7555 roswell rd, atlanta, ga 30350, (678) 809-5711), indicated that they had the part and scheduled an appointment. When the contact arrived, the dealer stated that the part was not available. The third dealer, wade ford (1-877-393-9855), was contacted and stated that the part would be available in mid june of 2019. The contact was unable to determine when the manufacturer would supply the parts to the three dealers. The manufacturer was contacted to determine part availability. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
