Description of the problem	Tl* takata recall. The contact owns a 2010 ford ranger. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 16v384000 (air bags) and stated that the part was not available within a reasonable time frame to schedule the recall repair. The dealer (fairway ford of evans, 4333 washington rd, evans, ga 30809, (706) 854-9200) scheduled an appointment. The contact waited for two hours and was informed that the remedy and parts were unavailable. The dealer did not give a specific date for when the parts would become available. The interim noticed stated that the contact would need to wait to receive a second letter. The manufacturer stated that the parts may become available in the spring of 2018. The dealer and the manufacturer provided no option of a loaner vehicle. The manufacturer was contacted to determine when the part would be supplied to the dealer to receive the recall repair.
