Description of the problem	Clear coat on wheels is discoloringmand spider cranking from underneath clear coat. Ford replaced three wheels in april 2017, ford replaced one of those three after the sameness defect in october of 2017, and most recently ford replace the two rear wheels again, i am currently waiting on ford to approve another replacement of one of the front wheels for a third time due to clear coat discoloration. Please see documents attached.
