Description of the problem	I purchased my vehicle used in oct 2018 and was informed it had an open recall item for 16s30-door latch. Allegedly the recall item was closed for my vehicle in march 2018, however ford's system did not register the recall closure until jan 2019. In oct 2019 my passenger door began becoming unlatched while vehicle was in motion. The door became unlatched on 5 separate occasions in the time frame between 14 oct 2019 to 25 nov 2019. The first four instances i was traveling approximately 15 mph on a highway, and the last instance i was traveling about 40 mph on a county road. In all instances i could hear the door become unlatched, my dash indicator informed me the door was ajar, my dome light came on and my window would go up and down. In all instances i was able to pull over and essentially re-latch the door. I had the latch replaced on 25 nov 2019, which i had to pay for due to the recall replacement latch being out of warranty.
