Description of the problem | My 2015 mustang was totaled on march 11 2018 and none of the airbags came out and on inspection the state trooper said my seat beat misfired . When i contacted the ford customer service center the guy had the nerve to ask me what did i want him to do about it!!!! I never received a recall at all from anyone!!!! I then ask him to have someone call me i have as to yet not received one phone call... This is just not the kind of response that will continue to sell ford mustang if i can |
