Description of the problem | I have a 17 mustang gt with manual within the first 1000 miles the engine has automatically turned it self off after getting on a interstate or any time extra power is needed. I would want to stop speeding up i would push the clutch in and put it in 6th and wait for my mph drop to desire speed, during this time is when the engine turns off. I have went to a ford dealership in richmond, va and they basically said they can't find any issues because their are no codes (the car didn't leave the property). So this issue is a hard to find a fix and most likely won't get fixed till people start getting in accidents or death by accident because of the unpredictable engine shut off. |
