Description of the problem	09/15/18 the vehicle electric steering fail to work caused the vehicle to make a hard right turn and lock up in driving at 5 mph almost hitting another vehicle turn vehicle off and restart and went back to normal conditions took the vehicle to ford dealership 9/15/18 that same day for diagnosis and repair tech and service advisor part failure no reason why part failed my vehicle only has 39k miles this should be a recall and safety issue.
