Description of the problem | The car intermittently will not start. The dealers say they can't fix the car without a computer error code which they are not getting. I have been stranded with the car on several occasions. I have checked on-line and find that other mustang owners are having exactly the same experience and their cars are not getting fixed either. I also contacted ford customer service directly but have had no feedback from them. I am out of options and don't know what to do. Ford needs to provide a timely fix and honor their warranty agreement to keep these cars on the road. This is not the only electric/electronic problem i have had/do have with the car |
