Description of the problem	Car fails to start on repeated occasions. Car information indicates battery voltage is at a 14. 3 on many occasions but car will not start. Lights come on as well as interior items like radio and information window. On one occasion car shut off while in traffic, and took a few minutes to get to restart. When push button start is pushed car acts like it wants to crank but does not. When this happens i have to get a jump to get the car started. I have taken it to ford dealership for diagnostics only for them to tell me nothing is wrong, but this has happened close to 10x times now with no remedy. When it does not start is has been either stationary or in motion whether at home , work or city streets.
