Description of the problem	Seat belt tensioner: seat belt tension is not retaining tension. Have spoken with dealer and showed them the problem and they agreed with my assessment and have ordered a new pre-tensioner for me. They also noted unnecessary slowness in the retraction of the passenger side seat belt tensioner and will order one for me if i ask for it (which i will). I am asking the nhtsa to contact ford about this problem as other makes and models could also be affected.
