Description of the problemI own a 2011 mustang gt 5. 0. My car is not a daily driver and is only driven on weekends. This car is 100% stock except for different mufflers. I have had the car since march, 2011 and only have 950 miles on it as of today. The manual transmission in this car is garbage and little scary. I'm 34 and have grown up driving manual transmissions, but this mt82 has a mind of its own. The past few days, i have had problems engaging into 1st gear and grinding into second. At one point i could not shift and feared the vehicle behind me was going to rear end me. From what i understand, ford has had these transmissions in the new mustangs for about a year and a half now. However, ford has done nothing to try to fix the problem. There is a tsb for a lighter transmission oil, but that is it. Ford needs to fix this mt82 before i get rear ended and hurt!!! Ford needs to acknowledge the problem and let new owners know they care about their safety. From what i have seen, ford is tight lipped and that tells me they don't care about mine or my family
