Description of the problem | I have a 2007 ford mustang gt premium convertible. I had taken two of my tires to ntb to have the tires replaced with oem tires. I noticed the valve stems cracked on the old tires, and asked to have them replaced. Upon driving the car the very next day, one of the new tires lost pressure and went flat on the highway. When i went to replace it with my spare, i noticed the valve stems were not replaced. I immediately called ntb, and they are going to replace the now bad tire with a replacement, and change both valves, which were never replaced. After i got home i noticed that the two original tires that were not replaced have cracked valves. I am going to have these replaced also. The original tires only have 12,000 miles on them. |
