First problem occurred at approx. 10,000 miles (replaced by ford under warranty). The second problem occurred at approx. 24,000 miles (replaced by ford under warranty). The third problem occurred at 44,571 miles and ford is refusing to do anything, the ford premium care extended warranty refuses to honor the extended warranty.
