Description of the problem | 2007 mustang gt throttle stuck which resulted in an increase of speed with no brakes available to me except the emergency brake. I have a 5 speed manual transmission i was able to push in the clutch but my brake did not work nor was i able to take it out of gear. I pulled the emergency brake at the increasing rate of speed of 50 mph, which the car did stop but was still tacked out at 7000 to 8000 rpm with sudden deceleration. Ford was contacted but due to ford not able to duplicate the problem they want to return the car to me not repaired. I feel as though not only is my life in danger but also my young daughters or anyone on the road. I am scared of this car!!!!! |
