Description of the problem	2007 ford mustang will not fill up past 1/2 tank of fuel, the dealer states there is nothing wrong with the car and to take it to a different station. I've been to stations all over the west and rarely find one that will let me fill up even when running the pump at minimum while not fully engaging the pump into the filler. I've noticed that no pumps that have vapor recovery boots will fill the car up beyond 1/3 tank. Which pretty much rules out taking the car to california for any reason. There is obviously a major defect here that should be recalled!
