Description of the problem | I am still receiving airbag notices and ford has not supplied the necessary replacement airbags to my dealership. It has been over 3 years of notices. Ford customer service does not respond. I cannot access anyone by phone or online. I want the notices to stop or to include the info about when the airbags can be replaced. Ford is placing this customer in daily danger. One customer service rep even told me to keep driving my car, it is ok!!! The notices say replacement is urgent but do not supply the airbags to dealerships. Ford is scamming this customer. |
