Description of the problem | Takata recall based on my experience, ford motor company is dissolving itself of any responsibility after sending a letter out that states parts are available. However after notifying dealer of letter from ford over three weeks ago and hearing nothing, call ford whose representative says it is my responsibility to get dealer to get the part and schedule the repair. Since calling the dealer over 3 weeks ago with what appears to be no action what am i to do next. It is evident that the government has lead ford to believe they have done all they need to do with a letter "campaign" so where does that leave the individual that may be injured with defective equipment. Will a letter campaign pay medical bills or look after my family death. Any suggestions?????? |
