Description of the problem | "takata recall" - i have been waiting for more than 10 months for my local dealer, courtesy ford, pocatello, idaho to get in the parts from ford motor company. I have personally called ford motor company in dearborn, mi for them to tell me there is nothing they can do, "please call your local ford dealer and schedule and appointment to have the recall service performed". Please help me get this safety issue resolved! Thank you, |
