Description of the problem	Takata recall my 2007 mustang was sold new in tokyo japan and has now been imported to australia. I have owned it for 6 years and am concerned that the recall database may not include my car as it was sold in japan and it states on the database that it doesn't cover international products . My local dealer was very helpful and referred me to this web site and it shows that it has no recalls but i have noticed that all other 2007 mustangs in usa have been recalled is there any way that you could check out my vin as i have contacted ford australia as well and they called it a gray import and couldn't do anything to help me . This website is the only site that gives me an email address to try to get a definite answer . Regards [xxx]. I have just tried filling in my address and it won't allow me to put australia in as a state or country so i will enter alaska as a state . If you reply to my email i would really appreciate it as i have no other alternatives and would hate it if the air bags were ever deployed and there was a problem .
