Description of the problem | "takata recall" i have had my mustang to the ford dealer 2 times now to deal with the air bag recall. They didnt complete the work. They only did 1/2 the job and said they would call me when they received the rest of the parts needed to complete the repair. Now i understand there is no remedy. This has been going on for over 1 year and i need to use my car. Cant sell it because it has an active recall. What am i to do? Drive a dangerous car and possibly hurt my grandkids? I want a resolution, either disconnect the air bag or replace it. |
