Description of the problem	The issue has been identified for years. I cannot afford a new vehicle and our safety is at risk. Ford and the dealers do nothing to help us regarding the replacement. They state the replacement units are not avialable and have no eta. Your organization as well does nothing other than point me to the takata organization who you cannot leave a voice mail for or talk to someone for resolutions. How do we get help? Ford has washed their hands of the safety issue from my view. I have received zero information from ford on and eta or a process to insure my families safety. Please help. [xxx] my current view is ford, ford dealership, the takata organization has done zero to help the american consumer. We only receive legal notices to contact our lawyer in the event of an injury and then contact takata. Well that is too late. Ford has the responsibility and the resouces to fix this isssue years ago and everyone turns their head and chooses not to help fix the issue.
